Opereo AI
Running a business means wearing too many hats. Research on Monday, a newsletter draft on Tuesday, a weekly update nobody has time to write, and a support inbox that fills up while you sleep. Most of that work is repeatable. Very little of it needs you.
Opereo is a place to hand that work to AI employees, and to keep an eye on all of them at once.
What an AI employee is
An AI employee is an AI agent configured for a role. It has a brief that says what the job is, skills that say how to do it, and the tools the job actually needs. A research employee reads the web and writes summaries. A revenue employee reads Stripe and keeps an invoice log current. A support employee drafts replies from your guidelines and tells you what it could not answer.
The difference from a chat window is that the role sticks. You write the brief once. Every conversation and every scheduled routine starts from it.
Five things you will see on the canvas
- Project: one deployment on its own isolated machine. Your employees, memory and connections live there, not in a shared database.
- Employee: a role with a brief, a model, and a conversation of its own.
- Tools: Gmail, Slack, Notion, Shopify, Stripe, Google Sheets and more, connected with one click. You grant access, Opereo holds the connection, and no credentials get pasted into prompts.
- Channels: every employee answers on WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or email. Approvals work with native buttons.
- Routines: a brief on a schedule. A daily pulse, a weekly report, a Monday briefing.
Zoom out and you see the whole team on one board.
Bring your own AI
Opereo does not meter tokens. You connect your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription, or start on the free tier that ships with every fresh employee. We charge for the employee, not for what it says.
Where to start
Choose one job you repeat often. Drafting a weekly update from your notes is a good first one. Create an employee for that role, give it a clear brief, and read the result. When it is right more often than not, put it on a schedule.
Pricing
Founding members get 30 days free on their first employee, then $49 per month. Card required. Team members are free. Agency pricing for people who build and run employees for clients is coming soon.
